Location is a great advantage. But INOX taken over from FAME cinemas is a mistake.
When FAME for managing this property it was a pathetic affair. Horrible management with gundas running the theatre. Worst cuatomer service.
But cud see some attitude change now after INOX take over. Slight improvement than before.
Same Lousy speakers. Boxy screens. Except for the ambience and location advantage all other sucks. INOX cud do better for such a large network. Pls wake up coz Palzzo will kill you with its quality. Even kamala cinemas audio is btr than INOX.
Pls wake up INOX.
