I had visited INOX Multiplex with my spouse yesterday to watch a Hindi Movie. It was the worst experience we had that I would like to share.
Ambience of multiplex was not as good as it had to be. When we entered the Audi, all lights were off and it was hard to find our seats in dark.
Finally we made to our seats with the help of mobile torch as no staff helped us out there.
When we reached, we found our one seat was wet and it was smelling bad like urine.
We asked staff member to change our seats but he denied at first. We told him we didn’t pay price just to sit on wet and stinky seats. The price of tickets were too much as compared to the facilities given there.
The movie had started and mosquitoes had also started their work. It was like a waste of money, we spent on the movie. The picture quality and sound was not good enough to enjoy the movie.
We moved to food counters in the interval of the movie. The food was very costly there and it was unhygenic too. There were no dustbin near food counters.
Overall the ticket cost didn’t worth as the place was’t comfortable to even breathe properly.
It did’t worth value the money we spent on movie and food.
We left the movie half as we couldn’t handle more.
Its not worth spending money there and I would suggest to go some better places instead of this.
