The Entry: The ticket counter is manned by amateurs who look barely out of their teens, cannot handle a line of 10 people and need to ask for each other’s help every 5 minutes. Hence, the long lines just as I entered Raghuleela Mall
The Ticket: Priced at 300/- the gold class is a tad expensive for a low budget mall which lacks a proper food court, however once you are frisked and let inside, a royal experience awaits you.
With an exclusive waiting area, stocked with magazines, newspapers and LCD TV’s running promos of latest movies, waiting for your movie is a lot more fun. Once inside the hall, the screen size and picture quality is a nice surprise, it is approx 1.5 times the size of the normal screens in the multiplex.
Limited seating ensures exclusivity and having nobody spilling their popcorn over you as they look for seats in the dark is a delight. The sofas are amazing and stretch to 180 degrees. In a nice touch blankets are also provided.
All in all, a very nice movie experience for 300 bucks. The only sore spot is the ticketing counter.
