It is basically you can upload your daily pictures and show other people what you are upto and who can like and follow you.
You can also like and follow others. You caln also follow famous celebraties and watch tgeir HD pics and what they are upto.
Instagram also has feature of small one minute video. There are lots of people who are currently known as instagram celebraty bcoz of their videos.
