Guys if you haven’t used Instsamojo you would thank me forever


I initially thought, I may add value by using their site as its a company based out of India.


However the customers are given no importance for their concerns and one would have to wait forever to get an answer/resolution.


In my case, a dispute was raised by me and the case was closed to the seller before hearing my perspective.


Despite of giving proofs the case went to the Seller.


Forget escalations, I could never speak to a customer care executive.


The employees hired at Instamojo arent trained on how to deal and communicate with customers. This is quite evident from the replies they give you.


They have a hotline which redirects to a voicemail and no one cares to reply back.


However if you are a prospective client, they would readily call you mentioning their plans.


You can try this on your own. Call their hotline for either complaints or as a prospective customer. However your call will be picked only if you are a new customer and they will specifically book slot for that


Their only motto is to grow and they are not doing this organically.


Sincere request, do not try this

Edit: I received my payment finally(after one long year) when I revisited Instamojo on the percept of suing them.


Fun fact: The money was with in Instamjo’s account unclaimed due to a dispute and they never bothered to notify the user or compensate
