I had done my two year pgdm from imt ghaziabad.i cleared all my exam in Dec 2014 till now I haven’t received da hard copy of my marksheet as well as the certificates, my roll no was 1211001873.
I was following up with them since April 2015 still I haven’t received any call back as well as any original.Every time they came with different excuse this happen that happened. I called them multiple number of time to shilpi, she the coordinator in karkardooma branch but everytime she replied me same that I me busy on meeting will provide to details shortly. I had called multiple times on their helpline number they came up with reply that we don’t have details please do visit the branch.
At the time of admission nd admission fee they give multiple number of messages but while sending your important documents and reply they didn’t every responsed to your query.
