I am totally disappointed with the functioning of IRDA
I have made few serious complaints to you about Birla Sunlife insurance company.
I was asked to contact Grievances@birlasunlife.com
You told us they handle the complaints.
To my surprise it turned out to be Birla Sunlife only
They started protecting Birla Sunlife Insurance instead of helping consumer.
It’s bitter & unpleasent experience.
Their agents & Company failed to respond even my 20 e mails & 50 phone calls
