Long gone I worked in this company for almost 9 months with process name Zopper.
The worst part is the salary timeline. They never provided salary on time. The salary date was maximum 10th of every month but only 3 times I got the salary on time in 9 months. The IT team is also not that good. once you raise a ticket to the department you need to go physicaly to remind them what is the issue with your system.
The worst part is still to come.
I had to leave the company due to my medical condition at the instant. I provided them all the documents for the same as well but when I asked for my salary for the last 13 days of work they said that either they will provide me the exprience letter or salary and they never gave me salary for my work. I was also unable to complaint to my process head as the process was rampdown.
One thing they only want labours not the educated people.
