I was very happy when I decided to upgrade my PC and I went to Binary Systems in Indira Nagar to buy the system.. When I paid the money dealer told me that he will get the all the things by evening so I went in evening to get the material and then I called up the engineer at my home for assembling...
When he opened the motherboard pack he noticed some of the pins were bend on the motherboard and he asked me to inform the same to the Dealer immediately and I did the same in approx 20 min from the delivery as the dealer was closing the shop he said come back tomorrw and check the same...
I went to his shop next day to show him the same he said I will have to inform the same to the Intel support first and then I called up the customer care to check on the same they took all the details and told me to handover the faulty piece to the delaer and pick up the new one from him as the same is in warranty, I went to the dealer and asked for the same, he said that I will have to take the same to the Intel Service Center as he doesnt have any confidence on support whether Intel will replace the same or not and doesnt want to take any risk...
Customer care executive was on call till then and I told her the same she said then its a physical damage and they cant replace the same (I dont know where the physical damage thing came from) after fighting for 1 hour her manager agreed take the defective piece for check up (???) I sent the photos for the same to the customer care immediately but I got response well after few days till then I lost the hopes....
Still I kept my follow up going on and at last I got a response that I can give th same to the service center for the replacement... I went till Infantry Road to give the same and executive told me that I will get the replacement for the same within one week...
And finally after one week I received a box piece (not in the same box piece) I was relived looking at the piece thinking that I got the replacement as there was nothing mentioned on the box or the courier letter attached to that, but when I opened the box I saw the same old mother board was returned back to me without even providing any reasons or any confirmation on the same...
Its frustrating to see the customer care (?????) Like this.... No care for customer... I will take the legal cource now... Guys remember one thing on intel products there is no guaranty on warranty....its all fake... Please stay away from such a cheater company....
Please help me anyone whom i can escalate this issue in intel before filing the case in consumer court......
