I am employee in intelnet global service for last two and half year.my name is mahesh kumar and working as customer service executive in sbi process.we have target to accept 150 call per day . It gives target which is mandatory to maintain otherwise company issue warning letter means your job is in danger.i am working in sbi process which is most number of customer so there is always waiting.the working condition is also not good.team leader, assistant manager, operation manager are not supprtivr. they dont know the value of customer service agent.company gets 50 rupees per call.an agent get 7500 in month means 250 per day.
only.i met all target whether is average handling time or call quality whether is shift adherence but never promoted because I am not know anyone. They dont provide leave in fact according to company policy you have right to take two planned leave in every month.they dont provide us.infrastructure of company is not good.they are not provide a fixed shift.there is always a system crunch. IT departments is not working properly. They are not provide any bonus in special occasion like diwali, holi. even not given holiday in these occasion.so I suggest you if you want working in bpo line dont work in internet and waste your time . Genpact, ageis are much much better than this bpo.they have 6 hrs a day good salary cab facility.but this intelnet company is really defaulter.
