I have had the chance to give with this Company and Ive enjoyed coming to work on almost each day of my 18m term with them and I think that’s a long enough period for me to say that(just to set the record straight) Intelenet Global Services "ISNT" what is mentioned as the YUP-PIES DO care about their employees, infact I’ve seen some really really dedicated 18-21 yr olds at Intelenet.
I was part of the "Pilot Batch" for Barclaycard and despite joining at the age of 20 with my hardwork and assistance from my TLs(team leader) I became a Trainer within 1yr and was sent to NOIDA to train new batches for a 2m period(fully sponsored by the Company) which is a "more than satisfactory" opportunity in my opinion.
The only Cons I can think of is the salary not being at par with the rest of the BPOs and the canteen food SHOULD certainly have got better(as of my last day with Intelenet:- 13/03/2008)
To conclude, my current company 3Global Service is a wonderful place to work with, with amazing contests and events, however I still have the memories of my previous company etched into my heart like one would think of an ex-gf.
