I have worked in this organisation for 18 months from aug 2015 till feb 2017 in thane wagle estate ashar it park and I would say definitly for fresher this company is good to start and the selection process is easy and not to may test are taken, undergraduate and diploma holders with no experience also can easily get jobs, most of the process are domestic but u shud be able to speak english if not fluently then atleast few sentence, about salary yes for domestic process its very less even if u have experience but for international process they have good salary for etisalat process if ur english is fluent then even if u r fresher u can get upto 18k -20k per month basic salary and incentive also will be added later , it also depends on which process u join or get selected for domestic I have worked for one assist and the incentive was very high my basic salary was 12k and incentive on average use to be 18k -20k so combining both I was earning around 30 k per month on average but it dint started from the very first month I had to work hard for the first 6 month then later on I started good earning, I have also attached pic ofmy best earning for the sep month ver I crossed 50k but in that I have got 2 months incentive and salary combining all I crossed 50k.take experience in this organisation for 1 to 2 yrs then u may get good chance in future.
