I joined IGS in June, 2016 and was quite hopeful for bright future in the company.They hired me for GOOGLE MAPS in March, 2016 and selected. Made me wait for their call and calls suddenly in mornings and asks to rush to office within an hour.They give a grooming session in interview in which they tell you assessment question paper.So obviously they select whom they like.Fortunately I was selected but made to wait for 2 months without any intimation and finally asked to come to office.Within 6 months they changed me in 3 projects because every project of theirs is a failure.Finally I was made to stay in a project.I worked for 9 and a half months without getting depressed and finally applied IJP.The criteria is only 11 and a half month tenure can apply but they allowed me. I was selected after working really hard.I was made Acting Pod lead for a team of 16. Every day my team used to work on different projects.Sometimes in day 3 times projects switch.So scores weren’t much good.BEING POD LEAD I WAS aishwaryasingh23ED A AnasultanLYST SALARY OF 13, 000 SAYING IT WAS OBSERVATION PERIOD.My AM didn’t like me because I was never acting inferior to her.She wanted me to be under her feet.They promoted everyone as Pod Leads after 3 months of Acting team lead.But she stopped me and finally indirectly threatened me to demote me. I worked as Pod lead for 8 months and finally had no chance of change.I tried complaining to HRs but they insisted to request her.I resigned.But AFTER WORKING AS POD LEAD / TEAM LEAD FOR 8 MONTHS, THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE MY POSITION AS AnasultanLYST IN RELIEVING LETTER.I HAD A HARD TIME AND INSULTS.Its been 75 days since I left but till now they didn’t issue me my full and final settlement and didn’t give me my RELIEVING LETTER. I’m literally screwed up. Now anyone whose serious about your careers want to join this organisation?
