I went for an interview with serco in chennai after I came to know that both the companies(internet&serco) were mergged, I was waiting in a small room in dlf it park for the interview, in that room which can be occupy by only 25members but there were 50 sitting inside it with not even a single fan or AC facility, I was wait for 3hour for the hr to call me up for the first round and then they went for lunch for 1hour, again I was wait for 4hour for the hr to call me.evening at 5.30, hr came and told’you are very long from this place so I have check with transport team and I’ll call yu’, this happened 2months before and no call or email I received, I even called that hr Karthik to get the status he replied the same story as he didn’t get any update from the transport team.To tell I never saw a hr in jeans and t-shirts in office that to on Monday and also one of the hr, I dnt know his name he was full of with bad attitude and was treated girl candidates in very rude and attitude manner.for a moment I thought I’m in local theatre.
