I booked them to transport my luggage from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. I was in communication with Hyderabad in-charge. The household packed from Gurgaon in very bad way, very loose packing, un-experienced people, most of the luggage they took without packing and told me that they will properly pack those in Gurgaon office. The packing man were not there employee, they hired them for the day only, out of two packing man one was child.
When I got my luggage in Hyderabad the household items from inside the packed box were missing. I could have count the number of boxes but it was impossible for me to prove them the items are missing from inside the packed box. I don’t know who is stolen the items in between but I was suffering loss. I have to check further what else is missing.
Not only these but my Diwan, Crockery and painting were damaged and they were not really helpful in giving claim of those items. I could have consider damage but stolen luggage should be a serious concern, it can not be proved.
