My first horrible experience with them was in May 2024 #Order no. 11924681. It was a high value order of Rs.6500! Not only did they not deliver the order they did not have the basic courtesy to even inform me about the delay and failure. I had to eventually cancel this order and face the emotional trauma that ensued.Having forgotten about this terrible incident, I made the mistake of ordering again on 6 July # Order 15062974 on 7 July, 2025 for delivery on then next day. I had fixed a time slot of 10 AM to 12 PM and paid the additional charges for this particular time slot. When at 11.30 AM also the order had not been dispatched I reached out to their customer service team who, after keeping me on hold for 10 mins, said that they had shortage of delivery boys and that order will be delayed by an hour. I am writing this review now at 3.15 PM and the delivery has still not been made. The place of delivery is a college which will shut now and the entire delivery will be wasted. Keeping aside the loss of money, it is shameful that Interflora also doesnt value the emotional aspects of their incompetence and neither does it care about your inconvenience and embarrassment. This company is run by frauds, incorrigible and incompetent folks. A local corner shop flower delivery guy would have be anyday much better than this corporatized sham of an organization. I request all readers to stay away from them - as for me, never again will I give them any business and will share my experience with family, friends and colleagues as much as I can!
