Well It’s a Bpo who outsource many processes.I’ve worked for Indigo airlines and cleartrip. I had worked for 1.5 years and worked in both processes while indigo is more better where you can fly across the nation anytime under staff tickets. You have to pay only taxes this luxury is also available for your family as well many of my friends had brought staff tickets for their family as well but only if u will get leaves it’s depends upon u btw.I had joined as a fresher 9400 inr was the in handsalary in indigo and 12000inr was in cleartrip process, as a fresher this company was really awesum environment is busy and energetic.processes are super awesome call flow is there, breaks are calculated.Ac is very cold even in the SuMMers, i had given the resignation Bcoz they asked me to go back to indigo bcoz i was unable to clear the certification then I was regretting about that after 5 days when i didn’t got the job so I’ve came back and asked for rejoining.it’s really impossible to get back all the things as they were before in other companies but here even the peoples who are sitting on the higher posts got understand my problem that I am a concept artist and very old guy so it’s really impossible to get the job in other Bpo because I don’t want to make my future in it.so they gave me my job back.this company is really good. But at last i’ve left bcoz because due to what ppl will say now also everything is so easy so it makes you little lazy then I joined the most displined one now also after one month they gave payout of the pls approx one month salary, In Igt all of the employees are very helping even if u don’t remember the policies after 1.4 year of working actually most of the employees they just loved the work also if u r living a party or high life then this is PlAce to be for all.Abhi bhi isey miss karta hun And all time High.
