Hi friends I am sharing experiences about the Intex 80cm ( 32) HD .
Six months ago choose this tv for attached in our home inside the holl. Because that time we are make new furniture so , it is necessary to immediately purchased. So brought this and attached is furniture . Our furniture some another type so easily not remove on this tv. so latest version are attached of Intex.
After some days the sound is not clear. some like if the gramophone are coming sounds like that . My mother and grandmother also already have ear problem so because of that she’s paining the ear . So the service provider not come as per the that time they can not start also tv.
But some problems the provider also not come if we are calling they just ignored and don’t pick up the phone also. So , we are calling external repair person and repairing them .
We choose this another reason is USB attachment. But some pendrives are not showing . I am take virus free pen drive then also not show. And one day my brother are attached him and suddenly breakdown that switch also. When asking for customer service they says its not repaired. If you can replace then he’s take higher money .
The pixel’s of images is not cleared . Because in pixels some are the black and some white . But pixels shows like some more Brighton. Because of that , image is not clear. Because some unclear image pain the eyes also. O think because of that only my younger sister get speaks . Because of unclear sounds and image harming in our body parts.
In our area is some rural so , in rainy days electricity problem is created. And one day automatically electricity is come and switch are on so , voltage are high are stop the tv.i think that time burning some behind wire’s. Because of that incident my father shouted on me.
Because of this , its necessary to remove the television from the furniture . And that time cutting some part of furniture and again repair this tv. After some days we are changing place of the television because again problems then the two times paying money and its not profitable for us.
The service provider also some what lazy . When we Are calling them he cannot pick the phone also. Otherwise going in shop then it’s not open whole day . Then how the customer satisfied with like that services. In our time many times calling them but he’s cannot come in time because of that we are calling external repair person . And he’s repair . But he’s taking extra charge .
So , my family is one percent also not satisfied with this .
