WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD SAY. YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
I had ordered Intex Auqa Xtereme initially in 2015 and the screen cracked. After 2 months of followup they gave me another mobile Aqua 4G+. The touch screen stopped responding and here is the history of email I have shared with Customer care of Intex.

I had submitted my mobile for repair at OVEZ COMMUNICATIONS(ICP:BANGALORE) on 23rd Jan 2016. I received a jobsheet no of 601256524007T001 On 8th Feb again I received a new Job sheet no 602086524009T001
I want to know when will my mobile be ready. It is already 1 month now that I have submitted my mobile for repair and I have not heard back on the same till date.
