I Have ordered "Intex Aqua A4(Black, 8 GB)" mobile online from Flipkart.com, and it got delivered by 5th Nov 2017 and I found it faulty as audio was not clear over call and I raised return request on Flipkart by 6th Nov 2017 and then Flipkart’s technician verified it and told us that this is a software issue and we need to go to the Intex service center for repair and then Intex service center told us that they can not do any thing for the faulty Audio and even they will not replace also and I am still doing the followup for the replacement or else refund my money back if you can not replace it
I have raised the return request very next day to Flipkart and they have rejected the return request by saying "its the software issue which is wrong"
