I have purchased new Intex cloud power plus mobile phone in Dec’17, which I bought after good research over the interenet. Before purchase, it was the best phone under Rs. 7000/- range so based on that I decided to buy the same.
It actually started very well well but after 4-6 month, it started showing it’s colours as it has started showing some weird screen operations like the screen scrolls by itself some times and after 4 more months it has just stopped working. I contacted intex service centre and they said it’s screen is needed to be changed but it was not available with them at that time so I left my phone with them but even after 1 week the situation was the same. As I was needing the phone urgently, so I gave my phone to some other shop but the situation was same with them also. They told me that the said screen is not available in the market. So, I left that phone and purchased another one.
