Hello friends this my first review in mouthshut, so I will try my best to give view on ’ Intex Fitrist’ smart band. Well friends, let me first tell you what a smart band actually does, it is an portable gadget which you can carry with you for getting information on your day to day physical activities like how much distance you have walked in a day, how much sleep you have taken, how much calories you have burned in your daily physical workout etc. It will help you assess your physical workout so that you can work accordingly for overall health.
Now there are various smart bands available in the market in wide range of functions and price. Intex fitrist smart band is currently one of the cheapest available smart band available in the market if I am not wrong. I will tell what are the basic functions it performs.
1) It shows you TIME and DATE so you can also use this band as a WATCH.
2) It has a PEDOMETER which show you how much Steps or distance you have walked in a day.
3) It all show you how much calories of energy you Have exhausted in a day.
Apart from above function in order to use the band you have install intex fitrist APPLICATION in your Android or IPhone. When you pair the smart band with your phone it will store regular data from the band in the app so that you can easliy monitor your physical activity on weekly or monthly basis. It will also show you notification for incoming calls or messages if the phone is paired with app.
Enough about function now quick will jump to PROS and CONS.
PROS are:
1) looking wise it is really an awesome product, the SILICONE material used for making the band makes it really robust and strong. It can easliy absorb some physical shocks or minor scratches.
2) Battery life of the band is really long it WILL LAST FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS once charged.
3) Product is waterproof and it can easily withstand some small shower of rain. But try to swim or bath while wearing it.
Now lets talk about some CONS
1) The band gets disconnected frequently from the phone so there is need to improve the app for better connectivity.
2) visibility of the OLED display is dull under direct sunlight, so you have to cover the screen with your palm.
So these are the normal pros and cons but still I think THE PRODUCT IS WORTH BUYING AT THIS PRICE ( Rupees 999 only) * no other company will offer you a company smart band with such useful features at such a low price.
