I got this UPS when my father bought me an assembled desktop five years ago. Since then I have been using this UPS, now I don’t use that much because I got a laptop for one year now. This particular UPS worked fine for about one year and then all of a sudden it started showing some issues like it ran out of its backup time. Whenever power supply was cut it ran down within a few seconds. Then we took it to the place from where we bought it and got that fixed but it worked fine only for a week or so and then again started showing problem, the same problem, it only worked as a stabilizer not as a power backup so since then I am using it like that, no use still plugged in as a stabilizer.
I won’t recommend this product to anyone because it really was not a good experience, I mean I invested money and then after around one year it was of no use to me(almost).
