Intercity bus service is complete fraud. I booked my ticket at most 7 days back for Oct 21st from Delhi to Lucknow and paid Rs. 1500 which was visible on their website. Yesterday I got cancellation Msg i again checked the route and bus they are still booking the same bus with very high changes due to festive season. Means they can cancel th bus ticket at any time to earn more money no ethics, no safety no security. I am attaching my ticket and screen shot of same bus booking at high changes.
