-Worst work environment Ive ever experienced.
If you value your self-respect, stay far away from this company. They treat employees like slaves. There are two owners: J.R. Shah and Ujjwal, and even one of them is treated like a slave by the other (and everyone knows which one).
-Working hours? On paper, its 9 AM to 6 PM. In reality, you often have to stay until 8 PM (sometimes even later) and still be back by 9 AM the next day, meaning you work 1213 hours a day (sometimes on Sundays also). And even after all this, you can only leave once youve gone through their non-sense end-of-day report ritual. Every evening at 6 PM, everyone has to stand in a line and report to the owners what work they did that day, even though the same things were already written in four different task management softwares and also sent to them on Skype. Each person takes around 10 minutes, and with 30+ employees, you can imagine the endless waiting. Honestly, standing in line for golgappas would be more fun.
-Work culture? Forget sharing ideas, your suggestions will never be considered. They impose their outdated thinking from decades ago and expect everyone to follow blindly. If you just say yes to everything and do chamcha-giri, youll become their favorite. Theres no proper knowledge transfer (KT) for new joiners, youre left to figure everything out yourself. You can’t even freely talk or make friends with colleagues. On top of that, youre expected to address everyone as Sir or Maam, even when they dont deserve it.
-Clients? They dont respect their clients time either. Meetings start late, projects are delayed, and sometimes they even lie to clients rather than being transparent.
-Salary? Treat yourself like a beggar here, please. They never pay on time, and never pay in full. Youll get your salary in the middle of the month, and only half of it. Increments? Forget it, they dont believe in rewarding employees.
The office itself is the size of one room, but of course, the owners have their private cabin.
If youre considering joining, do yourself afavor- dont.
