I mostly prefer Iodex balm or jell to stop my back pain, leg pain and neck pain.The Iodex jell is a multi-purpose balm.Just you have to take coin size or even less quantity of Iodex jell and apply to the part of body where you are feeling pain and then slightly and slowly massage that part. but keep in mind that don’t massage fast. This can feel your skin burn like feeling!
The balm stops pain so quickly. The headache, muscular pain, neck pain, hand pain, leg pain etc can be stopped by using Iodex!
The balm is only for external body use only.Sometimes you may feel allergic by this balm then do not use. Consult a doctor and use proper jell or cream to stop you pain. But Iodex is really helpful and it is so cheap in price.
