Loffer is the by far worst website I’ve ever been on. I tried to buy someone a gift so ordered it and got it confirmed.I go back on ioffer to see if it got sent.it says "confirm paypal".
So I go put in the address and blah blah blah.i press continue and it says its the wrong card number.i fix it press continue it keeps saying error and there was nothing wrong with anything.
