I have been familiar with iOffer for over a year both as a seller and a buyer. My only purchase turned out to be a FAKE and I now see many, many FAKE items being sold there, so that made me leery of future purchases.
As a seller, I’ve had my listing pictures stolen with nothing done about it after numerous complaints from me to Customer Service which is just about non-existent. I had a picture I wanted removed & replaced with another - they left BOTH pictures (of 2 different items) for the same listing - numerous attempts and complaints accomplished nothing.
I have a bill due there which cannot be paid because they will not accept the "updated" CC info for expiry date and Code # "because the card belongs to someone else" (yeah, me!). Numerous communications w/them resulted in nothing ... they just don’t get it ... as in "nobody home"! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - if you have a problem, you are just OUT OF LUCK ... IT WILL NEVER BE RESOLVED. STAY AWAY!
