I have been using ION Broadband(earlier G Broadband) since last one year in Bangalore.
The internet connectivity and speed is pretty much consistent. I had faced a patch of 7-8 days in Oct 2017, when the services were going down frequently. I had to call Customer Service every alternate day to log a complaint. But the issue was resolved and there is absolutely no issue since last 3 months.
Since the service are prepaid services, I can stop recharge if I am planning not to use it for a period. Then I can start using again after doing a recharge.
Also it’s BB plans are cheap on pocket as compared to the Airtel or BSNL available in my area.
In recent past I have received a heads up from ION services for internet service downtime for maintenance, which is good. The downtime was for an hour or so. But it worked back well after downtime.
I am overall satisfied with the ION Broadband services.
