Terrible Service and Unreturned Advance Payment

I wish I could give a zero rating. The internet service was consistently unreliable and frequently disconnected. I disconnected their service on June 8th, and despite calling customer service daily for a month, they kept promising that a technician would come to collect the router, but no one ever showed up. We ended up returning the router ourselves. Even after returning it, they failed to update the status of our disconnection. We had to visit their office again after a week, and they still didn’t update anything until August 15th.


After that, I requested a refund, but they told me it was on hold. They claimed that refunds for disconnections are processed in bulk rather than individually. Despite multiple follow-ups, they kept giving varying timelines for processing—10 days, 15 days, 25 days—and now, in September, four months after disconnection, we still haven’t received our advance payment.


They won’t answer your calls, and the technicians are the worst.


This company appears to be fraudulent and provides extremely poor service. Please avoid this internet service at all costs. It’s a complete waste of money.
