Usually I see the review before going for any new connection. But this time since I had no other options, I went with this broadband. To my fate, some of the staffs big time frauds. When they activated the connection, they didn’t mention anything about the UserId and Password. They connected to the WIFI and just said everything is done.
They didnt even bother to take ID proof. Since I was in hurry, I thought internet was working and to my surprise the guy who wrote the receipt asked the receipt back saying he need to make some change. While they leaving I forgot to collect the receipt. Now I look back, everthing looks like preplanned by these fraudsters. Since the connection is dropping every now and then, speed was always less than 1 mbps.i thought of calling area POC Ramesh.the first question he asked was userid and pwd. he started asking like, how can you complain when you dont have userid, pwd whats the guarantee that its our broadband etc etc.it all looked by preplan fraudsters planning.
Since I forgot collect receipt, I couldn’t do much. Please don’t go for these fraud guys connection.
