Pathetic service. When I asked for new connection, they said no hidden charges for 3 months and above plan. They offered 5+1 month free plan to me. The installation guy came and told that I need to pay 500 deposit. Somehow I agreed for it. Now installation guy called his office to activate the line and finds that I need to pay for 6 months. Then he spoke to his manager and manager agreed to give 5+1 month plan. Now, he again called his office to find that it cannot be done. Finally I gave up as they were lying before installation, what would have they done after the payment?
