I am using ion network since last 2 years in my college. I am too disappointed on this network. Very less speed. They( college) provide 30gb per month but I am not use at least 1gb per month because of this speed. Some times it is crashed or connection timed out messages are displayed.i suggest you do not install this network you can go with jio and other networks.
