Unfortunately using Gbroadband service just because other service providers are not available in my area in BTM. Very frequently have to visit their office in Gangothri circle to bring some technician home to get the line issue resolved.
They wont believe there is a fault in line and every time they wish to come home and check if there is a problem with my laptop.
Useless service. Never go for Gbroadband.
