Service wise, not bad I should say.
Now why 1 star, out of ₹1, 500 deposit they are refunding ₹400 as they claim that I have delayed 37 days for handing over router to them.
1st point, they never ever mentioned this point before or after disconnection,
And also didnt mention before handing over the assets as well.
2nd point, I made several attempts to hand over the assets at their shop at Vijaynagar 2nd stage(570017) which is almost always closed. I finally had to handover to a near by shop and request them to handover whenever possible. Risky step but I still took it.
Knowing that am not in town often, they should have arranged better alternatives for handing over or collecting the assets.
My primary disappointment is the cheap trick that they played to deduct 70% of the refundable deposit in the name of delay in handing over the assets
