I am using Internet services for my office works and personal works from past 4 years. I have used different Internet services but I havent faced too many problems.
I do understand that there are no Broadband services are there without any issues. The issues will rise on rare aspects. But when coming to the ION Broadband Service, every month issue will raise and they will stay for the longer run. I mean the customers of ION Broadband has to suffer for 10 days. Because there is no proper service or proper technician is there to sort out the raised issues.
As a customer, I fed up with their services. I got irritated all the time. Simply they are just providing fking service. Ass*ole technician( I am only talking about my areas Technician) shitty people are in customer care. They didnt bother about customers problem or complaints. Whenever issue raises, I used to call both the technician and customer care people. The technician will say that he will come and sort out the issue in one hour and from next hour onwards he will simply skip the call. I mean he will disconnect the call or he will not answer the calls. If we call to the customer care, they will just repeat the pledge
Pledge: "Sir, we have registered your complaint and moving it forward. Our technician will come and will sort out the issue within 24hrs."
They will repeat their pledge, again and again, they didnt bother at all about the complaint. If we get serious about them for irritating like this and not sorting the issue, they just cut off the call.
If your technician is not responding, and customer care people will tell you the same answers, then whats the way to get the solutions for the raised problem.
This has not happened for the first time or rarely. I am facing these issues continuously.
Now this month, i.e the Month October 2017, I am not getting the Internet from past 4 days. Due to some busy of work, we havent bothered about this. At last today, we made a call to the technician and stated about the problem.
Guess what technician replied, ha ha ha he said that you havent activated your account for this month. But you know, I paid the money to their services in advance via online through their official website https://customer.i-on.in/. We explained the same to the technician. After our explanation again, we received a silly answer from that fuc*king guy. He said that why you people havent mentioned that to me. Becuase I need to mention the same to the head office to get activated your account.
I dont understand that when you made your payment via online for an Internet service do you really need to call them and have to tell them about the payment. I havent heard or seen this or experienced with any other internet services. Once you have done with the payment via online through the official website with your ids they will renew the account for the fresh month. Same has happened to us, they activated and renewed our account on 27/09/2017. For proof, I am showing the usage of the internet from my account on the date 28/09/2017. That means my account is activated and renewed. The problem is not about the activation or renewal. The problem is different. But the technician tries to fool the customers by saying simple stories. Because he doesnt care at all about the customers problem. We are trying to call him for an update he simply rejecting our calls.

I have complained about this technician several times to the company. The company is also same as the technician. They will not bother.
Every month they charge the payment in time. If there will be a delay in payment, then they disconnect the service immediately within the fraction of seconds they disconnect the whole service. But even though we made the payment in time and paying for the whole month, they are not providing full Internet service and good service at all. Every month, an average of 4-5 days there will be no internet because of no proper service. From past two-three months, there is no internet service at all for almost 10 days continuously.
