I have used Ion broadband in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and it has been one disappointing and stressful experience. Internet is down more than half the time. Ion customer care has consistently been part of my most frequent contacts!
The customer service is exceptionally poor. If at all you happen to get hold of somebody from their automated call system they will do absolutely nothing! There was an incident when I was told to wait till the next day because nobody would look into my connectivity issue for an entire day. This was a Monday, I work in IT I had to rush to work because of no connectivity.
There are other slightly expensive options for internet services and I would highly recommend choosing them over Ion. You’ll spend money but at least you’ll your money’s worth.
The only thing Ion will promptly do is deactivate your account if you delay the payment by half a minute. can’t say the same thing about their service.
