Worked at this company for a while.Joined this company with lot of expectations.But everything was shattered within a week.The company claims to be a startup but behaves like a MNC. They don’t have any good and stable processes.No standard in hiring people.No job security. HR department is very pathetic.They cheat the employees by giving false information about the company and the process. They provide fancy designations like System Security Specialist to a person who is going to work on some desktop support process.The company is least bothered about the agent;s who win the daily bread and butter for the company instead they are concerned about the HR department.
No proper food served in the cafeteria.No hike even you stay with the company.Worst management ever and the IT team really is a nightmare.There will be an issue everyday.Admin is the biggest loser in this world.No security for female employees.No employee retention.Top management has internal conflicts.No co-ordination among mangers.
In short worst company to work with.
