I wanted to go for IP TV ( Hyderabad). I tried to contact Reliance base on their Website customer care details. It reached to dead-end after requesting " Please enter your area pin code where you resides ". It doesn’t recognize pin code and without taking customer to executive system hangs up. So pathetic!!
Even before getting customer on board if service is so bad. Its better not to imagine how they must be handling their existing customers....
