Pathetic Customer Support**. Your problem figures last in their list of priorities.


Infact MTNL rectifies the problem in a day. And IPTV it is more than 13 days and no action has been taken.


The installation is OK but whenever I have some problem its a nightmare to get it rectified. You can register a problem at 12699 ( Phone No. ) and keep reminding them for ever there after. Head of customer Support in Delhi also finds himself helpless in getting your complaint rectified.


opted for IPTV because of it being the latest Technology. Finally after lot of phone calls here and there it was installed.

I have a booked a problem on 16th Jan and today is 28 jan. No action has been taken so far. I spoe to Mr Wahi, Head Customer Support on 23rd Jan and was told that ’ we r working on your problem’. Again I contacted him on 27 Jan to find out the status and was told Please send an email so that it is easier for me to monitor. Basically to inform me that it is your problem now you run around.
