I am from hyderabad. I have applied for trial offer from Iqara Broadband under the scheme ’’999-no installation charges’’. It’s been more than 10 days and I still haven’t got the connection.
When I called them 10 days before for connection, the agent promising me to give the connection within days.But now when I callthem up for it they are saying that I will get connection within one day giving some silly reasons.
Yesterday when I was calling the agents, they were not recieving the call.
The customer care does not answer properly.
I would suggestyou do not fall for the offers provided by iqara.
I feel it is the worst service provider, giving nil customer satisfaction or even the connection for that matter.
