I think they should seriously shut shop. And sell peanuts. They sell you 2Mbps connection, but give peanuts(48-60Kbps). I have never managed to get more than that.
Every two weeks I am shouting at some poor guy who does not even understand my problem. 24 working hrs is their resolution time and if you have a problem of friday it will only get resolved on tuesday. brr...
Their refund on disconnection is ridiculous 45 days. I dont even know if you would get it. Only thing they are prompt at are is their collection of the bill. To fill those 150 words I picked this from person who shares the same grievance.
I would like to bring to the notice of all about the lot of inconvenience and untold misery being caused to me by opting for YOU Internet Connection. I have taken an internet connection anticipating high speed and better service but we regret to inform that ever after placing several complaints our grievances have been not addressed. The speed of the connection is not up to the mark, where we have taken a connection with 196 kbps.
Adding to this the internet connection has got disconnected since past five days and in this regard we have given a complaint No.2007061523124 on 12th July which is till (17th June 2007) date unattended.
We are very much fed up with the services YOU Telecom is providing. Hence please donot get lured by the false promises being made by YOU Telecom.
