Hi Everyone,
This is one more instance of how trsuting a so-called big company can get you in trouble.
I am talking of Iqara - supposed to be a BRITISH GAS group company.
The salesgirl first MIS-INFORMED that they have their NODE & CABLE in BSEL PARK, VASHI and we can get connection in no time.
I paid Rs.3596.00 thru’ Cheque (for which NO-RECEIPT has been issued as of date), and then begun my CONSTANT FOLLOW-UP.
FIrst, I realized that IQARA -VASHI does not have authority to lay cables in BSEL as MTNL, RELIANCE & Others have.
Then, after waiting for one-week, I call Mr. Kaushik, supposed to be Sr. Mgr and he refuses to REFUND but promises connection.
Well, after almost week, a person comes with 80Meters cable and tells us to get it connected.
So much for customer service.
In the meantime, my office got connected thru’ MTNL, with their person coming and doing cnnection in 48Hrs after application.
And I also tried to get a person from Iqara to come with me to society office to get permission for them to lay cables, but no use. They simply do not want to do anyrthing.
So much for pvt sector efficiency.
IQARA is nothing but big name for OPEN LOOT, and LIES.
VASHI - Avoid Iqara if you want peace of mind.
Its my sincere advice.
