The most pathetic customer service ever

I am having Iqara for the past 1 year.  the connection is usually down for 5-6 days in a month.  Moreover, they have a pathetic customer service - they usually keep on delaying the solution and will just give you names and numbers which are not reachable or are too busy.


I am based in Pune and their Pune office simply would not care for customers.  The complaints have to be logged in a call center in Mumbai and the only help they can provide is "I have forwarded your complaint and am reminding them again".  There is no escalation mechanism i.e. you have to speak to the call center agent and no one else.


Normal problems in any service are expected and acceptable but I do not think anyone would will accept customer service which simply does not want to respond.  They claim 24 hours for resolving complaints but none of my complaints have been resolved in less than 4-5 days and sometimes even a week.


If you have an option - avoid Iqara at all costs.  I would never recommend it to anyone
