Let me begin with my story…. I have iqara connection from last 1 year. After initial period of two months starter pack, I have opted for 300 MB limited monthly renewal plan from last almost 10 months. After intial delay (15- 20 days) in starting my broadband connection, that to many phone calls and a threat to lodge a complaint in consumer court and to news papers, it finally started.
From last one year there has not been a single month, during which, I have not faced disconnection due to technical problems from their side.Every month I have lost either my validity days or MBs due to this.
Consider this month. From last 25 days of validity, I could barely use 12-15 days of connection. I lost 8-10 days to major technical problem in our area. I have to call 8-10 times to their call centre/Pune Office to lodge a complaint about disconnection.Every time they assured me that it will be solved in 24 hours! Finally it was solved after 8-10 days and my connection started!!! Now I am calling them to credit my lost validity days due their major problem. I had already called 3-4 times but I was told every time that process is underway.
I found all the respondent extreamly rude, careless, incompetent and unprofessionals. They simply note the problems with robotic work and doesnt care for customers. I think their customer care is Customer Scare !!!
Finally I have now decided to visit their PUNE office for this. Anybody who has such problems can call me on 9860417350 and may be we all can go their office together....unity will probably move them to work, , , , , , Gandhigiri Jindabad!!!!
