This company is a big fraud. I had subscribed to one of their unlimited plans - UN1500 which gave 256 kbps unlimited bandwidth. Couple of months later they released a new plan called UN775 which again gave 256 kbps unlimited bandwidth. So being a conceitous customer that I am, I called them and asked them to change me over to the UN775 plan.
Imagine my horror when they charged me for a plan change - when clearly there is no difference in the both the plans.
As per TRAI - https://trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/trai/upload/misc/45/Advertisement%20for%20Consumer%20education.pdf they are not even supposed to charge for regular plan charges. TRAI clearly states - "The customer is free to move from one tariff plan to another without paying any fee for migration."
Hence please stay away from this company. Obviously they dont believe in doing the right thing for the customer.
