IQARA/You-Telecom(very bad service)!
I took UN650 192Kbps plan from them, for 2 months it worked fine. I was getting download speed about 22KB/s. After that I started getting 5-8 KB/s speed. I called their call center number of times and wasted more than Rs 500 calling them. Later, after struggling for 15-20 days they some how restored the connection to a moderate speed.
After some day I realized that they were blocking mostly all P2P applications. They started cutting speed if download reaches around 10-12gb. I don’t understand why they call this an Unlimited plan? May be because they are free to put unlimited restrictions on your plan.
Later when I got totally fed-up with their connection, I took service from another provider and stopped paying Iqara, but didn’t get my connection disconnected. I get call for payment of the disabled connection and I always say them that I don’t want to pay them. They ask if I want to go for disconnection? I say no! I may need it in future. They have wasted my lot of money and time, now its my turn.
