Very poor services

I have applied for connection at Vadodara City on30.11.2003 after continuous /rigorous follow up I could get connected on 1.01.2004 but as far as connectivity is concerned is very poor, In spite of personal complaint/ telephonic / written complaint my connection is not working.


It was agreed for off peak rate after12.00 pm to 9.00 am next morning but usually found that the connectivity not available during this time span on making complaint of the same I have lost my total connectivity.


I feel that I have been cheated The Dealer who initiated the process of connection NOW says my role is over when you get connection now you and the SERVICE PROVIDER have to solve the problem. As he solicited to become customer He Squarely fall with the fault OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER.


On the basis of personal contact made to other user It was found the services of service provider are very poor. I have intended to launch complaint against the SERVICE PROVIDER WITH CONSUMER FORUM.


I will never recommend this product for other. Do not make any advance payment
