I am the customer of Iqara since 8th Sep 2005. I applied for a 128 kbps line SME connection on 29th Aug 2005. I am using the Iqara since, 8th Sep 2005. To tell the truth, my phone is constantly engaged in dialing to Iqara marketing executive, service personnel, technical engineer, technical manager, administrative manager, call centre and so on, from 8th Sep 2005. To the best of my knowledge, I swear an international company like Iqara paying money for the employees for sleeping at the office. They are enjoying their telephone connections and cellulars for other purposes, not for service. My problem is, booking a 128 kbps enterprise line, I am getting 4 kbps. And during the day doesnt work for 8 hours. Now, you tell me, are you satisfued with the way of service, Iqara going to provide you. I am shutting down my internet centre, by 8th October 2005. Tell me now, the Iqara service which made me loose 3 lakhs rupees and thousands of customers beleif on me, is okey for you? then go head. have an iqara connection.. loose money...loose business
