*HI EVERYONE.......USUSALLY I DONT RITE REVIEWS ABOUT THE PRODUCT BUT SINCE I M IN SOUP AFTER TAKING IQARA CONNECTION I THOUGHT TO INFORM OTHERS ABOUT THE AFTER SALE SERVICE AND YA OFF COURCE PEACE OF MIND.......I M HOLDING THIS CONNECTION FOR PAST 5 MONTHS AND IN BETWEEN I TOOK TATA BROADBAND TO EXPERIENCE HIGHER SPEED WHICH IQARA DIDNT HAVE AT THAT POINT OF TIME........BUT TATA WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL AS NIGHTMARE FOR ME SINCE I HAD TO WAIT SINCE MORNING TILL NIGHT IN THE HOPE OF GETTING CONNECTED........
SO AGAIN I SHIFTED TO IQARA AND SOON AFTER PAYING DUES I UPGRADED MY PLAN FROM 96 KBPS TO 192 KBS AND BELIVE ME ITS EXACTLY 54 DAYS AND MORE THAN 60 CALL THOSE MORON DIDNT TURN UP TO MY PLACE NOR A SINGLE CALL FROM THEM...I WASTED ALMOST 400 RS CALLING CUSTOMER CARE REPS AND THE PROMISED EVERYTIME THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF THE VERY NEXT DAY BUT I THINK FOR THEM CLOCK HAS STOPPED AND NEXT DAY HASNT COME.......ATLEAST TATA WAS BETTER IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL THEM AND THEY WILL BE AT UR HOUSE NEXT DAY.................IQARA VASHI SUCKS AND SHOULD BE SIEZED..........
